RETURN POLICY

Returns will not be accepted without an RMA issued by Studio 9 Furniture. To provide a refund or replacement, we need to fully inspect the unit. All returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date and it is the customer’s responsibility to return all items in new condition, meaning undamaged original packaging with product manuals. Once the returned item is received and verified to be in “new” condition, a full refund will be issued, minus the original freight charges and a 30% restocking fee (if applicable). All returns must be received within 2 weeks of the RMA# issued date.

  • Once an order is placed and pending it cannot be canceled or is subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds issued once the order has processed or shipped out are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

  • Please do not send back items without an RMA. Items sent back without contacting us for an RMA with further instruction will not be refunded. Return tracking information must be provided by the customer to Studio 9 Furniture before a return can be processed.

  • If a refund is issued it is subject to all shipping and freight charges incurred (You will be responsible for the original freight costs and/or round trip shipping charges depending on the item even if Studio 9 Furniture paid for the original shipment (i.e. Free Shipping).

  • Purchases made by store credit or gift cards are final and not eligible for return.

  • All Final Sale merchandise is considered a Final Sale, NO RETURNS.

INCORRECT, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

BEFORE you accept and/or sign for your shipment PLEASE inspect all packages upon delivery. You MUST report visible damage IMMEDIATELY to the shipping company BEFORE you sign for the package. If there is any damage you MUST take pictures of the packages and the damage report and send it to [email protected] within 24 hours. We also ask that you call us 1-323-617-3657 and talk to a customer service representative for assistance.

PLEASE open all shipments IMMEDIATELY to check for any concealed damage. Concealed damage MUST be reported, with pictures, to [email protected] within 2 days of receipt. We also ask that you call us 1-323-617-3657 and talk to a customer service representative for assistance.

Failure to identify and report damage as indicated above inhibits our ability to process a claim with the freight company and will impact our ability to help resolve the situation and provide you with a solution that ensures you are completely satisfied.

  • If there are major visible damages please refuse the entire shipment.

  • KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIALS

  • If the item(s) sent was incorrect, or defective, please contact us.

  • Do not send back any items before contacting us.

  • If you have received a damaged product that can be remedied with replacement parts, and choose to return the item rather than accept replacement parts, you will be refunded the amount of your order less original shipping charges incurred by Studio 9 Furniture and cancellation fee. You will also responsible for shipping the item back.

CUSTOM / PRE-ORDERS / SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS:

  • Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled or is subject to a fee.

  • We cannot accept returns on custom made or special order products.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

  • Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled or is subject to a fee.

  • Orders canceled after processing are subject to a 30% restocking fee and any Studio 9 Furniture prepaid shipping or freight charges incurred.

  • Custom/Special orders that are canceled after processing are subject to a 50% cancellation fee and any Studio 9 Furniture prepaid shipping or freight charges incurred.
