RETURN POLICY

Returns will not be accepted without an RMA issued by Studio 9 Furniture. To provide a refund or replacement, we need to fully inspect the unit. All returns are subject to approval and must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. It is the customer’s responsibility to return all items in new condition, meaning undamaged in the original packaging with product manuals. Once the returned item is received and verified to be unopened in “new” condition, a refund will be issued, minus all original freight/shipping charges and fees plus a 30% restocking fee. All returns must be received within 2 weeks of the RMA# issued date.

  • Once an order is placed and pending it cannot be canceled or is subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds issued once the order has processed or shipped out are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus all fees and shipping charges incurred by Studio9 Furniture.

  • Please do not send back items without an RMA. Items sent back without contacting us for an RMA with further instruction will not be refunded. Return tracking information must be provided by the customer to Studio 9 Furniture before a return can be processed.

  • If a refund is issued it is subject to all original shipping and freight charges incurred (You will be responsible for the original freight costs and/or round trip shipping charges depending on the item even if Studio 9 Furniture paid for the original shipment (i.e. Free Shipping).

  • Return shipping costs are the customers' responsibility.

  • A product that has been assembled will not be accepted for a refund, credit, or exchange.

  • Purchases made by store credit or gift cards are final and not eligible for return.

  • All Final Sale merchandise is considered a Final Sale, NO RETURNS.

  • All oversized fees or additional shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.

 

INCORRECT, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

BEFORE you accept and/or sign for your shipment PLEASE inspect all packages upon delivery. Any visible damage MUST be reported on the BOL at the time of delivery. Take pictures of the visibly damaged packages, damaged items, and the damage report and send it to [email protected] within 24 hours. We also ask that you call us 1-323-617-3657 and talk to a customer service representative for assistance.

PLEASE open all shipments IMMEDIATELY to check for any concealed damage. Concealed damage MUST be reported, with pictures, to [email protected] within 2 days of receipt. We also ask that you call us 1-323-617-3657 and talk to a customer service representative for assistance.

Failure to identify or report damage as indicated above inhibits our ability to process a claim with the freight/shipping company and will impact our ability to help resolve the situation and provide you with a solution to ensure you are completely satisfied.

  • If there are major visible damages please refuse the entire shipment.

  • KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIALS

  • If the item(s) sent was incorrect or defective, do not assemble, remove from packaging, or alter in any way. Contact us immediately.

  • Do not send any items back to us without prior arrangements.

  • If you have received a damaged product that can be remedied with a replacement or replacement parts, and choose to return the item rather than accept the replacement, you will be refunded the amount of your order less a cancellation fee and original shipping charges incurred by Studio 9 Furniture. You will also be responsible for shipping the item back.

  • Products containing natural materials have inherent disparities in color and grain pattern. Please be aware that these items may have variations caused by nature, over which the company has no control.

CUSTOM / PRE-ORDERS / SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS:

  • Once a custom/special order is placed, the order is considered final and cannot be refunded.

  • We cannot accept returns on any custom made or special order products. NO EXCEPTIONS

ORDER CANCELLATION:

  • Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled or is subject to a fee.

  • Orders canceled after processing are subject to a 30% restocking fee and any Studio 9 Furniture fees and prepaid shipping or freight charges incurred.

  • Custom/Special orders that are canceled after processing are subject to a 50% cancellation fee along with all Studio 9 Furniture fees and prepaid shipping or freight charges incurred. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • All oversized fees or additional shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.
