TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Use of Studio 9 Furniture website constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

Before you submit your order, please review the order form to ensure the accuracy of the item quantities, finishes, fabrics, materials and measurements.
All measurements appearing on the website are the manufacturer's calculated measurements.
We do our best to provide an accurate representation of colors and finishes; however, due to changes in lighting and resolution qualities on different computer monitors, some color variation is possible.

LARGE ITEM AND FREIGHT DELIVERY:

Customer orders delivered by "freight carrier" will be contacted by phone to schedule a delivery day and time. Please make arrangements to be present at the time of delivery or have someone present on your behalf.
The shipment acceptance by you or your representative and/or signature on the Bill of Lading binds you concerning all aspects of acceptance of delivery including the condition of the items delivered.
If your order is unable to be received and thus returned you will be charged a 30% restocking fee plus all shipping, delivery or freight costs.
Standard Free Shipping does not include oversized and/or heavy shipments, inside delivery, upstairs delivery or delivery to special delivery areas. Oversized or heavy shipments may incur an extra charge.
Please let us know if there are any special requirements such as staircases, narrow roads, etc… there may be an extra charge from the delivery company.

DEFECTIVE FURNITURE:

All products sold by Studio9furniture.com are produced with excellent quality control and warranted by their respective manufacturers. If in the event, you receive an item you feel is defective, please contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photographs clearly showing the defect along with a written description so that we can assist you with submitting a claim to the manufacturer.
Natural imperfections in wood, marble, granite or other organic material add to the artistic variation in certain pieces and should not be viewed as damages or defects. Natural stone varies in color and veining. There is no control over veining or color.
